If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase. If our Services are intended for children, purchasing and account creation must be performed by a parent/guardian.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@monstertruckstories.com of unauthorized use.
Prices, taxes, and fees are shown at checkout. You authorize our payment processor to charge your payment method.
If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly/annual) unless you cancel before renewal. You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting admin@monstertruckstories.com.
Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and eligibility requirements.
All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes. We may change prices per the Pricing Terms below; changes will apply on your next billing cycle after notice.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms.
You agree not to (a) violate any law, (b) attempt to access non-public systems, (c) copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer our Services except as permitted by law, (d) infringe intellectual property rights, or (e) upload harmful code.
The Services, including content, features, and trademarks, are owned by Monster Truck Stories or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms or a written license.
We may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties; these limitations may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monster Truck Stories and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (i) the amounts you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (ii) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations; these may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monster Truck Stories from claims arising out of (a) your use of the Services, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Site or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
